Hi plumbers I have re fitted my toilet cistern and cannot stop the joint weeping on the plastic to copper tap connector at the bottom of cistern, any clues cheers

Use a new fibre washer on the tap connector....and watch for crossed threads! Easy to do with plastic.

What is the technology of fibre washers, I got a fresh one but they look so unlikely?
Slightly compressible and non porous! Feel free to add a smear of sealant if you wish.

Dip it in water first, then assemble.
