I rendered a wall a couple of weeks ago and forgot to pick up my feather edge when I went home. Of course when I did it was covered in dried on render (sand + cement). I have chipped away a large portion of it but want to clean off the residue. Anyone got any tips on how I could do this or do I junk it?

Depends how much you`re earning, you old spread  I`d try glasspaper nicked from the toshers while they`re not looking.

Earnt nothing on this - favour for a relative. I'll try the glasspaper. Cheers

Hey Thermo - top tip the steel wool worked a treat. I tried the glasspaper but it tends to score the aluminium a bit.
