Cleaning Laminate/ real wood flooring

We have a floorbaord effect laminate flooring, its not the cheap stuff nor is it the really expensive stuff. Over the past few months we have had a lot of building works donw and the floor has lost its shine, we have tried to clean the floor with diluted bleach but to no avail and used other cleaning producuts but nothing is cleaning them properly, is there anyhting anyone knows of that can bring them back to a little bit of life! cheers
