click mini grid?

hi installing a mini grid in the kitchen and have come across this designer range from click, the modules they sell are DP 13a resistive 10ax phoned there tech guys up and he said these are good for installing in a ring main to feed off to appliances the modules are marked with i.e(freezer) so are obviously to be used for kitchen appliances.
What are your guys views on this 13a switch on a 32a ring?

Before anyone else gets in, Have you notified LABC or is it being done by a registered sparky?
 
The rating of switches is often the contact rating, not the terminal rating..

Also the load will also be restricted by the fact that it will be supplying a single socket outlet which will eventually have a plug inserted which will have a fuse rated at a maximum of 13A
