cold radiator in attic

The radiator in my attic room is cold, altho' at its base it is very hot. I have a sealed system. About 6 weeks ago we had a new radiator added on the floor below the attic. I am not sure sure if it has stopped working since then. All the other radiators in the floors below the attic are nice and hot. I have about 1.5 bar pressure on my CH system currently. Any help would be appreciated.

try bleeding it

When you carry out bleeding, expect the pressure to drop slightly.
If you have to use the filling loop to increase the pressure, open the valve gently and don't over do it! otherwise the pressure relief valve may open.
This is what it's for but the valve doesn't always seal correctly so your'e better off avoiding the problem.
