Collier's Feature Fireplaces

I have a old Collier Fireplace (model Old Manor 16EN). I need the matrix bed for the fireplace or it will have to be completely replaced - which seems such a shame just for a bed of artificial coals. However, the business no longer exists and phone calls to the old number go unanswered. Does anyone know how I can get my hands on the matrix I need please?
