Colour matching mortar

Hello,

I've decided to try and patch point or "touch up" a small area of a wall. I need some advice on the best way of colour matching mortar.

I've attached a photo of the type of colour which is a coarse sandy grey colour. Someone recommend 4 parts yellow sand, 1 part sharp sand and master Crete cement, does this seem about right?
