Mixing mortar and concrete - what am I doing wrong?

I dont think Rambling or anyone should muddy the waters between lime and cement just to win an internet ****ing contest, even if there is a touch of lime in cement. People who use, should use or need to know about lime usually need something completely different out of it then cement like breathability or flexibility.

Besides cement and concrete are the devils porridge.
