Com fault

hi all looking for some advice.

All of a sudden I have started to get the below fault:

22:36.15 19/12 Area: A. Com2400 Line Flt Restore

What does it mean? Is it my phone line going down?

Had the fault 3 times during the night

Phone line has been off !
Set 2 min delay in linefault time setting as it stops short line fails in the night

Thanks. I think there maybe a fault with the incoming drop cable too but am going to change these settings too
