In our son's small terrace house is every inch of space is valuable. To make a little more we plan to move the three-year old combi Boiler (80 eco) from the klitchen area to the bathroom. There is ample space on an outside wall but it has been suggested that the condensation could create electrical problems in the boiler. Can anybody advise please?

It can be fitted in a bathroom as long as the installation complies with the latest electricl regs regarding what zone it is in and whether any electrical switches can be accessed when someone is wet.

You may have to have the combi fitted in a built in cupboard if not with a lock on the door.
