Point me to where I've promoted bad manners Danno. I've actually stated on more than one occasion that a please and thank you is welcome. However what is pathetic is the way you seem to take great delight in castigating and belittling anyone who forgets to say please in their first post.

And by the way, you have no idea whether Coogan has been on here since he asked the question. As I said if you talk to your customers like you do to some people on here, you probably have a small set, which probably explains why you spend so much time bitching like a girl on here.
