combi boiler stopping update of kitchen

Hi everyone. Please can someone help. The pipes to and from my (wall-hung) combi boiler go through the worktop. I would like to have the worktop changed, but I am afraid to have it knocked out because of the pipes. I would also like to then put the washer under the boiler, but I am also scared that the vibration from it would badly affect the boiler. Any comments welcome.

all they have to do is cut the worktop in line with the pipes to release them.as for the washer under the boiler as long as the washer is level and dont move around then it should be fine.. stop worrying!!!!
