I had a condenser boiler fitted 4 years ago, everything seemed ok. Recently had new kitchen and where the waste pipe from the boiler goes through the worktop and into an adapter and on to the soil pipes there is a reappearance of water coming at the join. Not a lot but seems to be getting worse as a small puddle of water keeps appearing on worktop? Any ideas what is happening? Update .. just put blotter around the pipe out of boiler and it was dripping down this way and stopping at the join in worktop.. ?

depending on which shiitebox is hanging on your wall, the problem could be just the nut not tightened up on the pipe or a badly solvent welded joint. at worst it could be the pipework is incorrectly fitted and is filling with water and backing right up to the boiler (this will cause damage if left unchecked)

Sounds like the installer of the worktop has done a poor job on plumbing the condensate drain up again. Not a huge job, but it wants looking at asap before the water damaged the worktop.
