can someone commision my boiler and how much will it cost?

We charge £84 in our local area to commission a boiler as long as its correctly installed.
What we cannot do is to notify CORGI or Building Control as if we had installed it. We only do the commissioning.
We can remove and reinstall the boiler and notify CORGI but thats about £180 or more.
