Concealed Cistern Advice

Hi
I'm fitting a new bathroom suite to our downstair cloakroom and have decided to go with a concealed cistern with a will hung w/c.

As its quite a small room I've been looking for a slim line concealed wall hung cistern unit and was after some feedback or alternatives on the below.
The waste is in the concrete floor about 3-4cm out from the current wall

Find out what make of flush valve and fill valve are in the cistern. It may be an unknown brand and spares may be a problem
