Concrete Lintel Bearing

Hi, I have just removed all the sand cement render in one of my downstairs rooms back to brick. I can see the current concrete lintel is only sitting on around 75mm solid brick wall bearing. The lintel is cantilevered as it spans across two door frames either side of an internal brick wall. Directly above is about two courses of bricks and floor joists plus another door opening.

Where the lintel is sitting on a 75mm bearing is a corner of a brick wall.

Is this okay to leave, seeing as its been like this since it was built in the 60s and carry on plaster boarding as planned?

If it's been like that for nearly 60 years, it will be OK for another 60.
