concrete mix for drive/hard standing

what would be the best to use for this

20mm gravel or 10mm gravel in the mix

the bags of ballast i was going to use have 10mm

or should i buy the 20mm gravel and sand seperate

I would use 10mm limestone, It will be easier to get a good finish than with 20.

Mix it 4 stone, 2 Sharp sand, 1 cement. If your using a belle mixer the easiest way do do that is 2 bags stone, 1 bag sand and half bag cement.

Don't bother with all in ballast the last time I used it there was more sand than stone in it - no good for concrete.
