definately building regs, but CORGI will stick their nose in if they notice it, i have heard of one CORGI Inspector classifying as AR but he had no right as it isn't a gas safety issue
It certainly is with some boilers. Many manufacturers will class it as AR since their boilers will not fail safe if the condense blocks due to poor plumbing in of the pipework. For instance Aristons view is AR on the Microgenus if the flexible condense pipe does not have an air break.
