If you install condensing pipe from combi into a foul pipe would this cause foul smell at boiler?
Depends on boiler. Most have an internal trap now but some need an external one as well because the internal one isn't deep enough.

Should be OK as long as there is at least an 80mm deep seal trap in the boiler.
