I just updated Honeywell galaxy g2 44 panel to Honeywell dimension panel 96. Pir and all bells are working fine but only internet module E080-10 is not connecting to gx remote app. It is connected to my home router . I can see it on my ASUs route app. I have inter ip address. Gateways ip and subnet mask. Panel id and location . On panel it’s shown 100 % connected . When I try to connect app gx keep coming up message try late after 5 minutes. Please can anyone help with this issue. Thanks in advance.
