i have an existing downstairs toilet and want to install a small sink with it, ive been advised the best way may be to use one oft these to link it directly into the toilet waste (with a u bend also) but i dont know what its called or where to get one, can anyone advise on this.

also would doing it this way comply with building regs as i would need this signing off.

cheers,

i'm from north notts, near mansfield.

i'm assuming that if they make these specifically for htis purpose then building regs would have no issue with them.

hit the nail on the head Galoka, its a complete house renovation so having several visits from BC to check and sign off changes progress, plus as i may rent or sell straight after i need that sign off from them to stop issues
