I have had a conservatory built and it has a standard concrete flooe, with damp proof membrane underneath....

I am wanting to lay laminate flooring but some have said that I might have to get something specialised as it will suffer damp more than being in the main house and also with regards to underlay. Can anyone assist in letting me know what I need to buy and how to install or any pointers to places that can?

Many thanks

Area is 4m by 2.2m

Laminated as in Melamine (Plastic) Laminated or Wood laminated (see here)

Not all Melamines are suitable for conservatories, you'll have to go for the onces suitable for moist areas.
Most Wood-Engineered are very suitable for conservatories.
