i posted asking about small storage heater,but did'nt have any answers,so would a 2/3 kw wall mounted fan heater,create enough heat in a conservatory about 3mt x 4mtr,only need it heating for a couple of hours when needed i:e having a meal etc.

A fan heater whilst having your meal will do your head in. Get a couple of oil filled radiators.
Or an air source heat pump (aka air conditioner
