Construction of sound reducing stud wall.

Not as good as staggered studs but I used 70mm ones between shower and bedroom. Compared with the original Paramount Partition with extra layers of PB it is a great improvement. I didn't even use SoundBloc PB.

How are the mid-height noggins arranged in a double stud wall? For example if 100mm top and floor plates are used with 75mm studs.

You should check, but I think if you use a stud centre spacing of 400mm on both sides, you don't need noggins.
