Found a view of the front of the house showing the gas bonding going under the floor boards. Not sure how they missed this.

That connection is best inside the meter box away from the worst of the weather, if there is a bit of slack.
 
So - perhaps your Supplementary Bonding is somewhere after all.

Is the airing cupboard near/next to the bathroom where some more green and yellow may be hiding?

or:

Do you not have any exposed-conductive-parts (touchable metal parts of electrical appliances/fittings/accessories) in the bathroom?
 
I attach a picture of the bathroom. There are no metal parts of electrical appliances in the bathroom. There is no shaver socket etc. The light switch is a pull down cord outside of the bathroom. (I guess the only metal parts in the bathroom would be the taps and pipework). The shower is pressurized from the combo boiler.
There is no airing cupboard at the property.

Then it would appear that you have no exposed-c-ps to bond.
(taps are not exposed-c-ps)

That could be why there is no supplementary bonding.
