not heard of a 40A lighting circuit before. Get a 4p 20A contactor and you will be able to switch four 10A lighting circuits.

I have used a 63A 2 pole contactor for lighting before now.

It switched the submain feeding a lighting DB in a warehouse.

its not technically a 63A lighting circuit. Its a 63A submain. feeding several lighting circuits. with the whole lot controlled by an ickle tiny switch. I bet that felt good to turn on! one little click, and it powers up a whole warehouse? of lights the beauty of contactors . . .
