I think I'll have to go to Ikea and get them to give me a copy of the manual, or pull one out of the display so I can get a look at the rating plate.

Would be a good idea, it is better to get it right at this stage rather than come up against a brick wall later. Looking at all the different parts to it i.e. dual grill is making me think it might be higher than 13A - I wouldn't like to guess to be honest.
