Replacing a dual fuel cooker that only required a 13A supply with one that needs 20A.
There is an existing cooker supply switch with it's own MCB via 6mm cable.
I've had three quotes and three different solutions!
1. Wire directly from cooker supply switch to cooker.
2. Wire from cooker supply switch to cooker outlet plate/box sunk into the wall behind the cooker.
3. Wire from cooker supply switch to cooker outlet plate/box located on the wall behind an adjacent cabinet.
What is regulatory/best practice?
Cheers
