Copy of internal house door ?

Hello.
Could anyone please advise, if they know of a company in the UK which can produce a copy of a traditional wooden internal house door but in plain white UPVC ?

Door would need to be from 40m/m to 45m/m in thickness and frame would need to have solid fillers at locations where hinges and handle would be fitted.

Think your going to struggle with the thickness as frames now have to reach a minimum U value which normally means adding chambers, most systems are 70mm now, the thinnest frame I've ever come across was 62mm

Composite doors can use a 70mm frame but a 44mm door slab but you don't get to design your own slab or copy your old door, these are grp moulded doors to a fixed design, don't know of anyone that would make a one off mould just for a one time use.

And forget trying to copy a wooden door out of PVC, physically impossible never mind the thickness
