I'll talk you through .
Right alistairreid,press ctrl and print screen buttons,open up an application such as paint which is the programme I use or word, press ctrl and V to paste,then save it to a folder,sometimes it's easier to create a new one just for this.

Yep, agree with Alarm. Print Screen is useful but 'Snipping' is great.

Sniping tool, is a little program that allows you to take a shot of any particular item on the page.
