Why oh why are these so £^&$^*%&( complicated?

I know, so that you give up trying to claim back off them...

I give up with mine, even looking on my PC at a completed example, I cannot make head nor tail of it.....

ours aint too bad. fill in every journey, employee no. cost centre no. dates, and post it to payroll. (i'm always tempted to add "1st class stamp - 32p" to the bottom of the sheet )

funny what breezer said - if we have a delivery short at our shop, say 2 cases, we have to add more cases on fraudulently, because they only take claims over £90! We just add on a few cases of carling damaged each time. Anyhow, this is usually true anyway! I think they get monkeys to stack the cages at the depot, always something damaged.
