Hi,

We moved into an old cottage 3 years ago. The previous owner had pvcu doors & windows fitted before we moved in but the doors are awful and the frame is out which allows cold air in. Not very good in Winter months!

We want to go back to timber doors and frames as we prefer it and it'll be more inkeeping with the age of the property etc but I'm unsure of the correct door sizes.

Currently these are:

FRONT: Opening 960mm x 2030. (pvcu door measures 880mm x 1940mm).

REAR: Opening 825mm x 2040mm (pvcu door measures 760mm x 1940mm).

Would these have to be joiner made therefore or could you get an off the shelf to fit and if so, what size and what size frame.

Thanks.
