Cost of House Rewire

Can anybody give me a rough idea of the cost to get a 3 bedromm teraced house with kitchen/bathroom extension rewired?

The disribution board needs changing for a modern consumer unit and a 10mm supply needs to be provided to the bathroom for a new shower.

Clearly, the work will have to be done in the new year and will need Compliance Certification as property my go on the Market.
A guideline cost would be very helpful.
