Not the same ones. To export food to the EU you need to go through much more rigorous controls than we apply to imports. We've kept pushing back the roll out because it will be too expensive and cause too much disruption.

That link only relates to one aspect of the controls not the entire package that was defined. It's the most troublesome one. TBH I can't see our requirements being significantly different to the EU's. Interesting aspect.

They aren't different. These are the same rules that were causing British producers a nightmare selling to Europe.
Soon Europe starts getting the same he'll trying to sell to us. So prices will probably rise.
