Cost to build a garden wall

Can someone give me a very rough estimate to get someone in to build me a 3 brick high wall approx 15 metres long? Not just the cost of building the wall but to dig the footings, etc.

Three bricks above ground or three bricks in total?

How do you intend finishing the wall top?

Is this wall a straight run?
