Covering / Protecting an outside pipe

Hello everyone.

This is my first post. I'm desperately trying to find a pipe cover similar to the one in the linked photograph. The one in the photo is from a company in Swansea, however they come as a double that you cut down into 2, I only need a single cover

I don't care what material it is I'm going to use it for a bit of insulation as well as for general protection as the pipe is situated in an area often used as a dumping ground and subsequently gets a bit of a knock.

Can you not knock one up out of ply? Should take you no more that 15 mins, and that incudes painting it.

I'm about to move abroad and rent the house out for a few years, I'd like something with a bit of strength to it and something that will look better than my woodworking skills.
