CQR SC517 door contact wired to Enforcer v10

Looking to hardwire these contacts to enforcer v10 panel but unsure which colour wires to cut to get correct resistance of 6.9k total 4k7 alarm and 2k2 tamper

These contact will be wired to the two zones on the Panel
