Bought our flat last year- 1900s warner in Walthamstow. Had the whole place replastered when we moved in. About 6 months (maybe more) ago I noticed a hairline crack in the ceiling above the bathroom door, it goes slightly down the wall above the door but not all the way. I don't think it's got bigger really but yesterday I noticed a similar one above the door to the front room and a couple of little ones along the way.

The hallway runs the length of the flat and the bathroom is towards the back of the property.

Should I worry about these types of cracks? I literally have no idea??

Why did you have "the whole place replastered"?

By and large such almost hairline cracks are nothing to worry about. Perhaps leave them alone for, say, 6 months and then come back here.
