Creda storage heater.

I have two storage heaters, one dimplex in hall way working fine, second is a creda which is in front room was working fine until last week but now
there is no heat stone cold!!!! It has a switch on the wall next to it with a neon light which comes on when it changes over to ecom7 so i assume power is going to the heater, as for the rest i am clueless Would be greatfull for any input from anybody!

Most storage rads have an over temperature trip inside. They switch off if (for example) a towel has been draped over the heater when its switched on.

Most Dimplex ones have this safety trip, not sure about your one. See if there's an instruction manual for your model on the Creda website or call their customer support.

If u not sure its best to get a sparkie to come and check it out.
