Problem worth considering:
On two occasions over the last year, Card Tarts have tried to claim back payments stating that the work was not upto standard. The Credit Consumer Act means that the card company can claim back on the clients behalf and take the money off you.
One was for £100 over payment that despite signing a contract for the full amount, the client 'thought' it was £100 less. Case dropped when copy sent.
Second was for £10,000 again this professional card tart stated work not to 'his' standard. Again dropped after a few good letters.
So be carefull, add to your contract or receipt a satisfaction signiture and keep a copy.
