That's a typical response from a s**t engineer that works for a s**t boiler manufacturer.without evening asking what's actually wrong your straight in with installer error.
With that sort of attitude/response theres no wonder people stay away from the trashy products you push.

**** me,how big headed are you.most people could walk an BG/eom/npower assessment, there not difficult(how you passed the vent questions could be a little bit concerning).Does that make you brilliant at your job,not specially,come and play with real gas lines if your that clever.
