Cutting Central roof Binder

Hi,

I need to move a loft hatch and there are 3 binders running across the rafters.

The centre binder I need to cut in order to form a new loft hatch.

What would the correct way of doing this be?

Note that the central binder also has 3 vertical "king rods"? attached connecting the centre binder to the ridge.

Which is supporting which?

Just add a new binder close to the one you cut.

By not moving it and putting the hatch elsewhere.
