I'm tiling my bathroom and I've got 2 pipes coming through the wall for a mixer shower.

The pipes can be covered by one whole tile so i was thinking about buying this to drill holes in the tile to accommodate the pipes.

There's a 19mm bit included so could use that, pipes are 15mm. The tiles are ceramic, 7mm thick. Is this okay?

Second question - Do I grout around the pipes, silicone around them or nothing? There are pipe surrounds included with the shower (Triton Thames Unichrome Exposed)

Yeah that's the kind of tool you want - not used a B&Q one so can't vouch for its quality.
Silicone around the pipe.

Have you set out yet?
It may be that the pipe work falls on a join in which case you can nip out the bits.

it has indeed fallen on a join which will require me to nip from the tile above and below.

will make grouting a bit more of a pain since i'll have to grout the line and then stop around the pipes, continue in between the 2 pipes etc.

when i did my setting out it was with the tiles by the bath in mind, to avoid slithers

these hole drilling sets are fine,i have used them, but make sure that you use water when drilling to stop them overheating and going blunt.
