On a site I saw labourers unloading a lorry and most accepted 3 on their shoulder, those who took 2 were called whimps.At a site I was working on, the builders were working at the same time. The cement sacks were 25kg but then reduced to 15kg. The bloke there said to me "Ah at least we can carry less weight and save our bodies".
He then carried two sacks at the same time.
