Whats the best tool to use for cutting solid floor when you come to putting down the last row down the side? I need to cut the last row near enough in half all the way down.

I was looking at a JML Exakt but didn't know if anyone could recommend any better tools?

Looks a good bit of kit but can't really be justified for a one off job such as this. You might get away with using a decent jigsaw, new correct blade, go slow, use a straight edge etc.
Table saw or circular saw would be more practical for future use. If you don't plan on using the tool again then get your measurements and take your odd boards to a local joinery firm who would run them through a machine for you.

Don't forget expansion gap if necessary (can hide under skirting)
