dalek washing machine

I've just replaced our old washing machine and the new one thinks it is a delek. When it spins it moves out into the kitchen and shakes the whole house. It's on a suspended wodden floor and I think that's the problem.

Have any of you guys had anything similar happen or know of a solution?

and i was hoping to see some amusing picture

assuming you have removed the transit bracket and or fixings hve you made the m/c level.

read the instrutions. most have ajustable foot or feet

I had removed the drum fixings but hadn't levelled it off.
Level now and the machine is purring like a kitten instead of shaking the house to bits.

I didn't have time to get a photo as I was fighting to stop the bloody thing ripping the pluming off the wall.

The wife thought it was highly amusing when I told her.
