I have a Danfloss RX1 currently installed. 4 wires (N & L and 2 and 3) I want to temporary decommission the unit whilst keeping the boiler operating. How can I achieve this?

Assuming that the Danfoss is controlling your central heating, and that there are just the 4 single wires without any additional link wires between any of the terminals, then based on the diagram below:

Isolate & insulate individually the wires in N & L

Join the two wires going to terminals 2 & 3 together

The heating will then be permanently 'on'

Thanks for coming back so quickly. Yes Stem's wiring graphic matches my setup wiring so will action as you suggest. Think I will also Isolate & Insulate N&L in case I end up going for a full decommission
