Any clues please? My room stat has stopped talking to the rx1 
Hot water is OK but no rads. System is about 2&1/2 yrs old. I changed the batteries in the thermostat and all the programs are set properly.
I tried resetting but although the stat will beep and send a signal, the rx1 will not respond or show any light flashing.
Are these units prone to failure ?
Don't tell me to call the man....I've not even paid for xmas yet
