De Dietrich DOP470XE1 - Light broke, only grill part works

Hello people,

Anyone faniliar with this model?

Just moved into a house with this cooker. The previous owners apparently broke the light wihilst cleaning it.

Now whilst we attempt to use it some of the cooking methods are not working, making me think the main oven/element is not working.

The second option works (fan assisted + grill(?)). The cleaning function does not work.

Would having no light in the oven stop it from working properly?

Having no light would not stop it working.

Remove the back panel (with the power off) covering the fan and element in the rear of the oven cavity and check for obvious damage to the element. Distortion, holes, splits and bursts.
