Debt ridden councils - who would have thought it would end like this?

The real problem is the fact that people as always are being played off against others - divide and rule!

Your council is worse/better than ours etc...

Surely it should be that all are equally served rather than economics being a political football !

It was ellal that brought Brexit into the discussion about council spending.
Algas gives a good example of how good they are at bankrupting themselves.
So we agree Germany is nothing to do with our debt ridden councils.

Glad we cleared that up. It was irrelevant after all.

We cleared it up but I didn't see it as irrelevant, it's you that have made that distinction.
Anyway back to not replying to any of the nonsense you come out with.

Do you deny that brexit will cost the UK £100bn's ?

Are you saying that the loss of that money doesn't trickle down to the lack of council funding for public services?

And are you saying that Brexit has not contributed to council debts?

And despite being in debt they can still afford to put PV on council house roofs all across the city, great when you have lots of money, would you put PV on your roof if you were struggling to pay your mortgage, and don't get me on about the executives salaries!

If it's not irrelevant, explain how it is relevant

I'd say following targets for climate change, pandering to all and sundry and eye watering pensions has a big part to play.

Anyone can post anything and then refuse to explain themselves.

It's not a good look.

As always the expected bovine excrement from the gnat...

It won't accept the severe financial consequences of the brexit disaster...

One wonders whether it will be further taking part in this discussion, or as is usual heading for the hills with it's tail between it's brown stained legs!
